Autumn Mornings

Winter skies are grey, with different hues blended together.
Floating in the Earth’s canopy, forever.
Tree lined roads brighten the window’s view,
the leaves are scattered on the roads.

Crisp air swirls during the breeze,
and the birds just fly with ease.
The skies are promising rain,
but keep your solace and be out.

Devine flowers line the bed,
with deep reds and oranges and yellows.
Some have died off now,
to make way for their new beginning in Spring.

Street lamps are turned off, when the sun comes up.
Cars come and go.
Rise and shine.
Better get cracking, and hang the washing on the line!

I enjoy writing poetry as and when I get an inspiration to do so. When I am not writing I am enjoying curry day!
